CHINA: TEXTILES & APPAREL: China raises tariffs on 74 key categories.

In a bid to dissuade Washington from officialy determining quota limits, Beijing has announced tariff increases in the key categories of contention and many tertiary groups. This move will hopefully appease US regulators, lest the tone of protectionism increase, and set off a a gust of stagflation.
