CHINA: TEXTILES & APPAREL: Protectionism: US hits the point of no return

On the 24th the US published official quotas for the first 3 categories safeguarded, and today they conclude by establishing the quotas for the remaining 4 categories. This pretty much marks the end of any talks or compromises as the US has officially set the quotas for 44% of total US textile imports. This will greatly constrain the Chinese export growth in this industry.
